Returns

RETURNS

Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the date received. All WHOLESALE return requests must be emailed to lovingstory1969gmail.com. Upon approval, merchandise can be shipped back at the buyer's expense within 5 days of approval. 

• All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.
• We will not accept any items being returned after 14 days from the date received.
• For full store credit, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of items.
• For non-damaged goods, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs for the merchandise.

DAMAGES

• All goods should be inspected as soon as the package is received.
• Damaged items must be reported within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise in writing through email stating the reasons of return.
• Please email lovingstory1969@gmail.com with details regarding the damage, including the reason for the return and an image of the damage/defect. 

EXCHANGES

• All items being exchanged must be in its original condition with original packaging.
• Exchange for a lower priced item, a merchandise credit will be issued to the account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Order cancellations must be requested by written form to lovingstory1969@gmail.com
• All sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged
• No refunds
